Want2Dance with Victoria is a Staffordshire based dance school that was set up in January 2015 by Victoria Neale, after realising that there was a gap in the market to provide social dance lessons within her local community.
Today, Want2Dance with Victoria still runs Dance classes and Dance Fitness classes in Lichfield on a weekly basis, but her main teaching occurs in Burton upon Trent. In April 2019, Victoria opened her own Dance Studio there, and originally a suite of offices, her vision converted that space into a magnificent dance studio!
Victoria has been teaching Ballroom and Latin for the social dancer since the mid-1980s, having passed her teaching examinations with the United Kingdom Alliance (UKA) in Ballroom, Latin American and Disco.
In February 2014, Victoria started teaching Modern Jive. This is a smoother version of the Ballroom Jive, and uses music from the 1940s right through to current chart toppers!
In 2017, Victoria gained instructor accreditation from the UKA enabling her to teach Argentine Tango in addition to Ballroom and Latin American.
Victoria is also licensed to teach FitSteps and FitSteps Fab and with this, has diversified into providing Dance Fitness classes, alongside Line Dance classes.
Today, she teaches Ballroom, Latin American, Argentine Tango, Sequence and Modern Jive, and Line Dancing. She also helps couples create their first Wedding Dance.
Her events are not to be missed either. She puts a modern twist into everything, and her dances always have an edge to them. You can always be assured of a high-end experience, where the emphasis on attention to detail, fun and glamour is paramount.
